Ms. Ly Thu Yen, also known as Conny Lee, is a highly respected executive leader with over 25 years of extensive experience in logistics, consulting, and supply chain management within the international trade and e-commerce sectors. Her diverse expertise includes business development, import/export regulations, stakeholder relationship management, and global supply chain & e- commerce solutions, which have played a pivotal role in the success of prominent logistics companies across Vietnam.

Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager at YQN Link International Logistics Company Limited, Ms. Ly Thu Yen plays a key role in crafting and executing business growth strategies focused on bolstering revenue streams from logistics and cross-border services for key trade lanes, such as Vietnam exports to US and other countries, and China and other countries import to Vietnam.

Mr. Neel Kumar

Neel is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in the construction sector. He currently holds the position of Business Development Director at IntES (International Engineering Solutions), where he plays a key role in driving strategic growth and expanding the company’s presence in international markets. Mr. Ngo Minh Hieu

Hieu is an experienced logistics and distribution professional with expertise spanning FMCG, semiconductor chips, food retail, and pharmaceuticals. As the Associate Director of Logistics & Distribution at AstraZeneca, he ensures excellent supply performance to customers in Vietnam at optimum efficiency. With the focus on LEAN foundations & Sustainability, Hieu is passionate to drive innovating, efficient & sustainable logistics for AstraZeneca Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Hieu, MBA

Mr. Hieu is Co-founder and CEO of FiinGroup. FiinGroup is a Vietnam’s leading firm in financial data analytics, business information, and industry research. The group has established a strategic partnership with Nikkei & Quick (Japan) and is the majority shareholder of FiinRatings, a strategic partnership with S&P Global Ratings- The world's leading provider of credit ratings.

He has over 28 years of professional experience in different fields including strategic consulting, corporate governance, international development, institutional development, start-up, incubation, investment banking, M&A, fundraising, financial engineering and divestments. ​

Mr. Hieu possesses deep expertise in sectors such as Logistics, Warehousing, and Cold Chain. He has successfully led numerous market research and market entry advisory projects for major domestic and international corporations, including leading logistics operators, global manufacturers, and multinational investment groups.

Under his leadership, FiinGroup has been actively covering Vietnam’s logistics and cold chain sectors for over a decade through comprehensive industry reports and customized research services, supporting both local and foreign investors in strategic decision-making.

Before founding FiinGroup, Hieu was a Governance Advisor at the Department for International Development of UK, Private Sector Development Officer at IFC (World Bank) and Consulting Manager at PwC Vietnam.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Thao

Nguyen Thi Xuan Thao is a dynamic and results-driven manager with nearly 13 years of extensive experience in strategic planning, omnichannel management, trade marketing, and category management within the retail and food & beverage industries. She currently serves as Head of Product Innovation & Development at IPP Group, and is also the CMO at Nagio and Co-Founder of She Global Community.

Leveraging her deep expertise in FMCG product development and strategic product build-up, Thao plays a pivotal role in ensuring that marketing and e-commerce strategies are integrated effectively, making products accessible and appealing across all relevant online and offline channels essential for an omnichannel world.

Her career highlights reflect a strong track record of enhancing customer engagement and optimizing retail strategies. As Commercial Manager at The Coffee House / Signature by The Coffee House, she developed trade marketing plans, improved in-store experiences, and implemented customer retention programs. She also collaborated with food delivery platforms to enhance promotions and visibility while designing compelling in-store displays and loyalty initiatives.

Prior to that, Thao gained extensive experience at Circle K Vietnam, progressing from Store Manager to Category Manager. During her tenure, she executed strategic product placements on e-commerce platforms, developed integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, and implemented CRM strategies to strengthen customer loyalty.

Her passion for retail is reinforced by a strong academic foundation, including a Master of Business Administration from Leeds Beckett University (UK). With a wealth of experience and a commitment to innovation, Thao continues to drive impactful marketing and e-commerce strategies in the retail and F&B sectors.

Mr. NGUYEN, Anh Duc

Mr. Nguyen, Anh Duc studied Master of Business Administration and worked for multinational corporations in Australia before returning to Vietnam and joining Saigon Co.op. In 2021, he is appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer of Saigon Co.op, Vietnam’s Top leading retailer – Top 500 Retailers of Asia Pacific. With a network of 900 retail stores nationwide, serving more than one million customers a day, Saigon Co.op owns the widest range of retail formats in Vietnam. Saigon Co.op also operates in production, exclusive distribution, commercial real estate development. In 2023, Mr. Anh Duc is elected as Chairman of Association of Vietnam Retailers (AVR).

Mr. Ole Martin Kehler

Mr. Ole Martin Kehler, 42, is a seasoned logistics professional with a career spanning over 17 years in the international shipping and forwarding industry. He began his journey in 2007 with a feeder carrier based in Hamburg, where he was responsible for managing connections between Europe's main ports and terminals across the North and Baltic Seas.

His career later took him to New York City, where he worked in the commercial department of a freight forwarding company. Following this, he joined DSV in Shanghai, where he handled the German-speaking trade lanes and played a key role in developing and leading the company’s rail freight product, supporting China’s Belt and Road Initiative.

Subsequently, Mr. Kehler took on a role with a Chinese freight forwarder headquartered in Shenzhen, which later merged with CIMC Wetrans. In his current position at CIMC Wetrans International Logistics Co., Ltd., his primary focus remains on Chinese business operations. However, since December of last year, he has expanded his scope to include the development and growth of the company’s activities in Southeast Asia.

He oversees a comprehensive portfolio of logistics services, including air, sea, and rail freight solutions.

Ms. Rebecca Như Trần

Ms. Rebecca Như Trần is an accomplished Sales Director for India and the US Trade with over six years of expertise in the logistics industry. She specializes in driving business growth across India and the US markets, with a strong focus on business development, key account management, and strategic sales planning. Managing a portfolio of over 200 export-import accounts, including companies and agents, she has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in expanding market reach and optimizing supply chain solutions.

Mr. Tran Dinh Hung

With over eight years of experience in the sporting goods and retail fashion sectors, Mr. Tran Dinh Hung, as a Retail Business Planner at ACFC, has played a pivotal role in shaping several brands’ long-term direction. His expertise in strategic planning and business analytics enables him to develop business operation plans that align seamlessly with the company’s vision.

Carsten Spiegelberg

Carsten Spiegelberg, Head of Logistics Solution APAC & MEA and Managing Director of Middle East and Africa, brings over 30 years of logistics expertise. A key figure in establishing SSI SCHAEFER’s automation business across Asia Pacific, Middle East Asia, and Australia/New Zealand, Carsten has driven the success of automation ventures. With over 20 years of international experience in logistics automation, Carsten has managed operations in ASEAN, Australia, and the Middle East. As a seasoned speaker at global conferences, his expertise covers conventional, semi-automated, and automated warehousing, order fulfillment systems, and intralogistics.

Mr. Edwin CHEE

Edwin Chee is Chief Operating Officer of SLP. In this role, he closely collaborates with SLP’s Board of Management, providing strategic leadership and driving operational excellence. In addition to leading and managing the Project Management, Commercial, and Property Management departments as Edwin’s primary focus, he actively involves and leads inter-departmental initiatives and coordination to maximize SLP’s management bandwidth and outreach.

With over 20 years of work experience in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Real Estate, and Urban Development, Edwin had held leadership positions at reputable companies such as Sembcorp, VSIP, Singapore Post, and DHL. Notably, he has amassed more than 14 years of experience in the Vietnam market. Prior to joining SLP, Edwin served as the General Director of Sembcorp Infra Services.

Ms. Lê Phượng Mai is a seasoned supply chain and quality assurance professional with over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
